This cozy apartment got a complete refresh - turning a standard developer layout into a personalized, comfortable home.

We started by completely removing the old kitchen furniture and building a brand-new custom kitchen with space for a dining area - designed to fit the client’s lifestyle perfectly. The living room now features a stylish TV wall with decorative wooden panels that add warmth and texture.

The open study area was closed off with a sleek gypsum partition and fitted with a new door, creating a quiet and private workspace. Throughout the apartment, we updated the lighting - replacing all spotlights and adding modern hanging and wall lights - while also relocating and upgrading sockets and switches for better functionality.

In the bedroom, we reconfigured the layout by removing one of the two bathroom doors and integrating that space into a new built-in wardrobe. The floors were finished with elegant SPC flooring, and the entire apartment was freshly repainted to complete the transformation.

The result is a bright, modern, and comfortable home that feels tailor-made for its owners.
